No 'chr' prefix on chromosome names.

The reference file contained in this directory doesn't include SNPs from the Y chromosome.
Ths SnpLoci.tsv and SnpPositions.tsv files are not used by ascatNgs from v3+ and the SnpGcCorrections.tsv
files held here will result in unusual results due to the new methods using all locations from this file.
