Normalization methods:
Data were normalized with quantile normalization across replicates and medial normalizatrion across indioviduals.

The directory contains two sets of normalized data.

The csv files with name: 
CEU_children-normalised.csv
YRI_children-normalised.csv
CEU_parents-normalised.csv
YRI_parents-normalised.csv
CHB-normalised.csv
JPT-normalised.csv

are flies that have been normalized independentyl for each group so they should not be used for joint analysis of allm populations together or bewteen parensts and children. Therse files were used in the Stranegr et al. 2007 Science Feb 9th paper.



The zipped files with name:
