Title: Sequencing of Plasmodium vivax isolate
Abstract: WGS sequence of a P. vivax strain HMP-013 possible isolate for in vivo human experimental infection studies. Assembly and Annotation was performed.
Description: We sequence a P. vivax sample (HMP-013). The DNA was sequenced on a Illumina MiSeq sequencer. Next it was assembled with MaSuRCa and ordered with ABACAS. The annotation was transferred with companion.
