As part of the PF3K (https://www.malariagen.net/projects/parasite/pf3k) consortium we generated 15 high quality reference genomes of Plasmodium falciparum using the Pacific Bioscience technology. This includes 5 know labstrains and 10 clinical isolates. 

This directory holds partially manually curated genomes. The date is 19/04/2018.
