As part of the PF3K (https://www.malariagen.net/projects/parasite/pf3k) consortium we generated 15 high quality reference genomes of Plasmodium falciparum using the Pacific Bioscience technology. This includes 5 know labstrains and 10 clinical isolates. 

In these directories you can find
GenomeSequence/   - The fasta sequence of the genome assembly
DraftAnnotation/     - Draft annotations of the genome

PartiallyCuratedGenomes/ - Improved annotation of the subtelomeres (being populated
Alignments/           - Alignments of all the 1-1 ortholgous of the 15 genomes
