Correction to protein.fa file for HCOI:

When we first saw a problem with the files on the ftp site, I had noticed that the protein fasta for HCOI seemed incorrect. The gff and transcript file agreed however. I then translated the transcript file with my own script to make a new protein file.

However, today I realised that my script had translated some transcripts incorrectly (due to issues with exon phases - this wasn't a bug in my script, but because I hadn't used an option in my script that allows it to use phase information from the gff file).

To fix this, I've now dumped the protein sequences for HCOI from the Ensembl compara database, and added one HCOI sequence that was missing from compara database (but was present in the gff).
