Correction to protein fasta files for some species:
===================================================

- It was discovered that the protein fasta files and transcript
fasta files on the ftp site were not the latest version for some species
(ACAC, ACOC, DME, MCOS, SPER, TRE, WBA, HCOI, BPAG) (9 species).

- HCOI: only protein fasta has been updated
  BPAG: only transcript fasta has been updated
  ACAC, ACOC, DME, MCOS, SPER, TRE, WBA: protein and transcript fasta files updated

- This has now been corrected, and the protein and transcript fasta
files in this ftp directory are now the latest ones for these species.
