The SeqTools package consists of the following modules:
blixemApp: blixem and blixemh application code
dotterApp: dotter application code
belvuApp: belvu application code
seqtoolsUtils: generic utilities
libpfetch: utilities for fetching over http (only required for blixemh: requires libcurl)
