This dir contains the virtual machine for the Ensembl Genebuild workshop run by 
Bronwen Aken and Jan Vogel. 

All code, and binaries etc can be found in the image. To 'play' the image, you
would need something like vmware or some other player - there are some open-soure 
ones from sun around. 

The exercise sheets etc can be found in the virtual machine. 

After decompressing, it takes about 10 gig of space.
